Race Info

 

Yukionna- a class of spirit/Yokia, this race goes by many names. But all refer to a female and snow. All these ladies share one thing in common. As human's they all Parish in the snow originally. Later Yukionna could be born. In traditional folklore the female had long beautiful hair, even their figure was pretty. But their eyes often frighten mortals! Depending on the legend these ladies can be seen as good, or bad!

 

When seen in a bad light. They lead travelers astray so they freeze to death. While some hold babies, when a person goes to grab the baby. Thier frozen dead, this happens more with parents. When seen in a better light they let people go. Sometimes it's because their young, and beautiful. Other times they marry and have children. When the husband tells her he met a Yukionna. Some leave but tell their husband they will come back if he mistreats them. Others don't feel he broke his promise for she's a Yukionna!

 

Half Yukiona- Yuki was born half, with that she was born with some things each would not have. As a Yukionna, she was born with the ability to project her spirit outward. That way she can help both spirits and ghosts. In time, if she's lucky she may learn to control snow and ice! Just like her mother is able to. It's uncertain if this will come to pass, as she heading into high school. And she has yet to show any abilities for the snow. Being human storms of snow don't follow her, which is a plus!

 

Extra

Yuki is going to a boarding school, here she will stay in the dorms. But like everywhere she goes's spirits can't help but be attracted to her. With that, she's trying to help those she can, by finding peace. In time, she may even join with the police to help solve murder cases! Once more to help the ghost find peace, and to move onto the afterlife. She can only hope that her roommate and in time her partner. Will accept her for who she is, and what she'll do!
