Wind manipulation- Using the wind she can create small barriers. Mostly used defensively, with enough wind. She can form temporarily wings to carry her up to high highest! She can't fly for long distances.

Water manipulations- Bending the water, she can walk under water. She can also use it to help clean wounds, or temporarily patch people by freezing the wound. While keeping a thin layer to keep the skin from freezing.

Healing- When her magic is strong enough, and the wounds not too much to handle. She'll heal peoples wound's. If they need more help than she can give. She'll temporarily patch them up. Until she can get more magical energy. Or she'll get help from someone she trusts!
