World Info

 

The world Nanaki comes from is very different from our own! Unlike ours, it's landscape does not change for the most part. The planet is one massive desert landscape, with few brakes. Even so, oceans surround the land still. Towards the outer edges, of the bigest landmass. Jungels and some forest can be found! This land content is called Desmer. While other smaller island nation may have forests, and mountains. However most are no bigger than Portico. Desmer is the land Nanaki was born in, her village, which is the picture behind this text. Is in the middle of the massive land. It's not as tecnolgicly advances, but it does have a barrier around the royal families Estate.

 

Major cities and even larger town have a barrier around the inter mass! As seen in her basic info, that is a villige. These barriers protect people from the harsh sun and sandstorms.  At the same they do more than just that, for they also protect people. From the beast outside of the barriers. Beasts like Dragon, Large Lizard and so much more! Before the technology was so advanced. People lived underground or at least they commuted underground. When temperatures reach above 100 degrees or 37 celsius. Temperatures often reach between 70-100. People from off world, would find it quite hot most of the year.

 

Back to the monster, due to this slight 'problem' a new job market was opened. People trained and some even joined guilds, clan's or whatever one wants to call a group who organized. These people would guard the cities and towns attacking the beast. While some people who work on their own, would travel with caravan, traders, and even shepherd. Providing them and their good safety!  At a young age, the people on this planet especial those that live in Desmer. Learn to defend themselves at the least at the age of ten. Drills are also run, so that people are ready to move if the barriers should ever fail. Be it to creatures attacking, or mega storms!
